September 24th, 2017: In this Forex trading vlog, I share my personal morning routine habit as a Forex trader. I have found a lot more clarity and peace of mind by taking a notebook and identifying my trade ideas for the day. That takes place in the first 30 mins of my working day. Vlog #189.

There are 3 things needed behind this powerful habit for traders:
A Pen
A Notebook
and...a computer.
That's it. You probably know by now that I'm a big fan of simplicity, but also of paper notebooks.
Paper somehow provides a trader with more clarity in my opinion. There's less distraction and that can be very useful in trading.
By keeping a notebook in front of me at all times, I ensure that I remain focused on the things I should (i.e. have planned to) trade. That can make all the difference.
Whenever I go out, I try to bring my notebook with me in case I have to take a look at the chart. I'm not in the "finding trades" mode. Instead, I'm looking at how the potential trade ideas I identified unfold throughout the day.
