No doubt pull ups are an epic movement that should be included in every program. But for many people, particularly beginner, pulls ups are extremely hard to nail. Especially proper pull up form!

Then learning how to do a proper pull up and proper pull up technique is essential. And pull up scapular position is super important to understand and master.
Your scapular move in four main directions and should move in synergy with your upper arm (humerus) … otherwise you risk unnecessary wear and tear and overuse injury.
